Nasdaq Welcomes Grenardi Group to the Nasdaq Baltic Bond List

The leading and fastest growing jewellery retail chain in the Baltics has successfully raised EUR 12 million.

The nominal value of one bond is 100 EUR with a fixed annual coupon rate of 10%. The bonds mature on April 16, 2027.

Liven green bond public offer

From May 7 until May 16, Estonian investors can participate in the public offering of green bonds of Liven.

The price of one bond is EUR 1,000 and the yearly interest rate is 10,5%.

Liven has operated as a residential real estate developer since 2014. Around 700 homes have been created during this time, and today nearly 1500 homes are currently in different stages of development.

Consilium Optimum bond offer

Investors in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia can purchase up to 5,000 bonds with a nominal value of EUR 1,000 and an annual interest rate of 12%.

The subscription period starts on April 30 at 09:00 and ends on May 16, 2024 at 15:30 EEST.

Sostinės Bokštai bonds public offering

Investors in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia can purchase up to 6 000 bonds with a nominal value of EUR 1 000 and annual interest rate of 6% (fixed) + 6M EURIBOR (variable) per annum.

The subscription period starts on April 30 at 09:00 and ends on May 14, 2024 at 15:30 EEST.

Šiaulių bankas bonds public offering

Investors in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia can purchase up to 25 000 bonds with a nominal value of EUR 1 000 and annual interest rate on the nominal value equal to 7,70%.

The subscription period starts on May 2 at 09:00 and ends on May 17, 2024 at 15:30 EEST.
